in search of a highly skilled and experienced Excavation Construction Project Manager . This is an amazing opportunity for candidates
looking to join a reputable company in a fast-paced and challenging role. This position's main location is based in Phoenix, Arizona. Position Responsibilities MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success Negotiate contracts and change orders as needed Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards Oversee site preparation activities, including land clearing, grading, and earthmoving. Manage excavation activities, such as trenching, backfilling, and compaction. Coordinate the installation of underground utilities and drainage systems. Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship. Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. Position Skills 3+ years of experience in excavation, utilities, site development, and water/sewer projects Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong knowledge of excavation techniques and equipment. Benefits Competitive salary range: $75,000 to $140,000, based on experience.
