Please apply today.Responsibilities:Revisit previously submitted proposal and budgets with clientsProduce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and project managersInspect the construction site to collect necessary client requirement informationCompute labor, construction materials, time, and product costs to estimate overall cost for construction projectsAnalyze blueprints, proposals, specifications, and construction documents to understand the project as a wholeCollaborate with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractorsProvide accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costsQualify bids invited through various platforms with suitable contractorsMaintain a minimum annual gross margin set forth in the departmentQualifications:3 years of experience in the construction industry - project estimating or construction management is necessaryStellar communication, project management, and time-management skills are crucialComprehension of research methodology, accounting, data and risk analysis, and estimation metrics is crucialProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and construction estimating softwareAbout Company:Retrofit Service Company, Inc. is an established and always-growing company that has been in business for over 30 years with a dynamic workforce.
