As a Concrete Contractor, you will be responsible for various concrete-related tasks, such as pouring, shaping, and finishing concrete for residential projects. Superior Contracting & Maintenance has been providing property management companies with quality maintenance and turn-key services for the past 13 years. Requirements Proven experience as a Concrete Contractor (5+ years), with a solid understanding of concrete pouring, shaping, and finishing techniques. General Liability Preferred Familiarity with concrete mixing and pouring equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills, including the ability to understand and follow project specifications. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Living currently in the US Benefits Net 7 Pay
