Responsibilities
• Provide personalized service for residents and their loved ones• Support the leadership of the organization• Demonstrate dedication to outstanding personalized service• Monitor entrances, exits, and guest lists for safety and well-being• Assist with administrative tasks for the leadership team• Provide community-wide safety surveillance• Support Sales & Marketing engagement• Work evenings and weekends• Exhibit excellent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills• Maintain a warm, welcoming, efficient disposition
Requirements
• Pass criminal background check• Screening for TB• Passion for serving people living with dementia• Effective communication skills• Prioritization and organization skills• Willingness to support Sales & Marketing engagement• Ability to work weekends and evenings
