Responsibilities
• Oversees provision of all services at front desk of luxury residential building• Promptly answers phone calls, requests, and concerns• Assists residents with move-in and move-out procedures• Warmly welcomes residents, guests, and vendors• Ensures all visitors have been properly registered• Adheres to emergency key procedures, manage key insurance policy, and control keyboard• Provides and coordinates resident services including package handling, dry cleaning, event planning, local directions, and courtesy calls• Additional tasks and clerical duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
• 1+ year experience as a concierge, or 2+ years' experience in a hospitality role• Must demonstrate commitment to deliver outstanding customer service• Self-motivated, trustworthy, and works with limited supervision• Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office• High school diploma or GED• College education preferred
