As a crucial contributor reporting to the Director of Technical Compliance, your main goal is to develop a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements in the online gambling industry, particularly those relevant to GAN. A Sneak Peek into Your Role Reviewing and grasping jurisdictional regulations and technical requirements for a well-rounded compliance approach. Collaborating with internal technical and product stakeholders to gain insights into change requests and incident reports, fostering understanding and clarity. Contributing to the efficient planning and execution of compliance activities, playing a key role in maintaining product certifications and audits. Preparing and submitting incident reports, release notes, and emergency release notes, ensuring a seamless communication flow. Reporting and explaining compliance requirements to various business units, promoting a unified understanding. Responding to inquiries from GAN customers and regulators, offering support, and addressing concerns promptly. Liaising with project managers, operations, product, and development teams regarding the status of projects needed for compliance-related incidents. Assisting in coordinating updates to other departments concerning new or modified compliance requirements in applicable jurisdictions. Reporting change management within each jurisdiction, covering elements such as release notes, change logs, and a critical component register. Providing necessary updates to the Compliance documentation repository. Supporting the incident management process and ensuring the timely communication of necessary information to GAN customers. Supporting compliance initiatives as directed by the leadership team. You're good at Applying strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an eye for detail. Grasping technical applications and processes effortlessly. Articulating ideas and concepts clearly to both internal and external stakeholders. Staying well-organized and motivated, adept at juggling competing priorities. Navigating tracking software like Jira with ease. Leveraging strong emotional intelligence (EQ) to swiftly build and manage relationships. Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
