Fusion HCR is hiring! Direct Hire, Compliance Analyst. This is a fulltime position onsite in Las Vegas NV.

Job Description:
As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant gaming regulations and internal policies. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and maintain robust internal controls, write white papers for regulators, and provide expertise on gaming compliance matters. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of gaming regulations, preferably with experience in gaming manufacturing, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective internal controls and procedures. Research and interpret gaming laws and regulations to provide guidance to the organization. Prepare and review documentation, including white papers and reports, for submission to regulatory agencies. Monitor changes in gaming regulations and proactively identify areas for compliance improvement. Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training programs for employees. Serve as a subject matter expert on gaming compliance matters, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the gaming industry. Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements. Experience in gaming manufacturing is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Professional certification in compliance or a related field (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) is a plus. Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
