Responsibilities
• Perform various administrative tasks for the leasing office• Assist with sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals• Assist with lease preparation process• Assist with move-in and move-out process for residents• Answer incoming calls and schedule property tours• Conduct on-campus marketing outreach• Coordinate resident functions and distribute notices• Act as after-hours liaison between residents and property management• Respond to resident concerns and questions• Work a minimum of 10 hours per week
Requirements
• Must be enrolled at a local university and in good academic standing• Must live on-site unless granted an exception• Other duties as assigned
