Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:US Foods Holding is seeking a talented and motivated Communications Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely from Denver, Colorado, with potential for growth within the company. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in communications or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the company's brand and products- Create engaging content for various communication channels, including social media, email campaigns, and press releases- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and make recommendations for improvements- Assist in crisis communication management when necessary- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, influencers, and industry partners- Provide support for special projects and events as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools- Resourceful and reliable with a proactive approach to problem-solving- Ability to manage people effectively and persuade others to achieve goals- Experience with social media management is a plus
