DESCRIPTION
In this role, the Communications Leader will perform a specialized project management role and oversee multiple, still and video created projects. You will be working with the internal brand team that is responsible for creating the assets needed to support Kohler omnichannel marketing efforts across the Kitchen & Bath, Hospitality, and Corporate brands. You will also help drive global partnerships for studio production and be responsible for process improvement, talent pool development and new content idea creation.

You'll provide clarity and empower teams to provide best user experience that delight our customers. You'll work with marketing partners, internal studio personnel and outside production venders to bring high quality projects to life. Using effective communication skills, collaborative problem-solving, and data-driven decision making, Producers will drive customer focus, team priorities, process and track project progress and schedule.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee multiple high tier still and video projects at once, from concept to delivery. Positions themselves as leader within project team and able to educate and effectively communicate on difficult, time sensitive projects. Ability to successfully engage with senior level roles in the Beacon and influence based on what is best for Kohler. Mentor other producers to help elevate performance, confidence, and overall execution. Lead pre-production, production, and post - production in totality, based on best practices, to complete our business partner's objectives. Manage the planning, scheduling, assigning, and tracking of detailed tasks and dependencies. Communicate timelines and milestones effectively, identify risks and clearly establish asset creation approach. Coordinate's studio resources, internal and external and provides logistical support, as needed for each project - including but not limited to crew, talent, product, set, location, props and production (and postproduction as needed) Perform quality assurance on all projects as necessary. Ensure brand standards are being met and group teams as needed to address any challenges. Serve as the primary project liaison between the studio team, account and project management teams and external vendors. Accountable to project budget adherence and deadlines. Maintains and updates production databases, insurance ledgers, calendars, and similar production tools. Negotiates model / talent fees, usage rights and associated costs, based on the business or project needs. Submits detailed casting spec sheets to model / talent agents. Completes and submits all legal releases for production. Secures / verifies permits as needed. Verifies usage and fees. Collaborate with project leads on milestone goals, that align with studio-wide development timelines. Identify, track, and resolve cross-team risks and dependencies with the help of team leads and stakeholders. Maintain positive and collaborative customer relationships between your team and stakeholders. Support external development partner relationships. Skills/Requirements Bachelor's degree required in project management, communications, marketing, or related field. Five to eight years' experience in production or project management. Must be organized, skilled at simultaneous management of multiple projects, and understand render asset creation or have skill set that can transfer. Must be an exceptional communicator able to confidently explain estimates, production schedules and production specifics to internal business partners and external vendors. Proven ability to collaborate with cross discipline leads (Designers, Engineers, Artists, Producers, etc.) to achieve production plans that work for all disciplines. Able to identify and resolve conflicts with projects and coworkers in a clear, respectful, and efficient manner. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this position is $69,800 - $87,950. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
