Responsibilities
• Support the Chief Communications Officer and the Communications and Marketing Team• Manage office and administrative tasks, including planning, budgeting, and correspondence• Handle sensitive information and manage special requests and projects• Serve as backup for the receptionist and provide additional support as needed
Requirements
• Four years of experience in an administrative or similar role reporting to upper management• Experience in the public sector preferred• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience• Knowledge of Associated Press Style, effective time management, and organizational skills• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and accounting software preferred• Ability to work independently and under pressure with attention to detail• Interact efficiently with employees across all levels and maintain confidentiality
