About the role: We at the CBRE Commissioning team are seeking a person to support clients in the region! This person can work remote and travel. We support project team by delivering building commissioning services that require application of standard techniques for a small project or selected segments of a larger one.
This position will work remote and want them to be located within Indiana, Kentucky, or Tennessee. Will be 40-50% travel.
What you'll do: Review, develops, and collates construction project related reports and result documentation for review and approval. Perform on-site inspection, testing, validation, and verification of building system for small projects. Review construction related design documents, drawings, and specifications for approval. Plan, chairs, and documents all project commissioning meetings. Verify design documents, equipment submittals and measured performance are consistent with the specifications and client's operation requirements. Perform onsite observations relating to installation of building systems; prepares associated documentation for approval. On smaller projects, direct onsite system testing and monitoring of systems.
