Commercial Flooring Estimator

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Flooring Estimator to join our team. The Flooring Estimator will accurately estimate costs and materials for flooring projects, collaborating with sales, project management, and installation teams.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements.
* Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client needs.
* Use estimation software to generate precise and competitive estimates.
* Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Review plans and specifications.
* Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotes, and proposals.
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Flooring Estimator or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques.
* Proficiency in estimation software.
* Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
* Solid understanding of construction documents.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
