Commercial Flooring Estimator

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Flooring Estimator to join our team. The Flooring Estimator will accurately estimate costs and materials for flooring projects, collaborating with sales, project management, and installation teams. Responsibilities: Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements. Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client needs. Use estimation software to generate precise and competitive estimates. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. Review plans and specifications. Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotes, and proposals. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Flooring Estimator or similar role. Strong knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques. Proficiency in estimation software. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. Solid understanding of construction documents. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
