Commercial Estimator

Position: Commercial Estimator Location: Charlotte, NC Qualifications: • Commercial paint estimating experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC
• Experience in the commercial painting industry
• Prepare and submit Budgets and Bids
• On-center and Quickbid software experience is preferred but not required
• Proficient in estimating and cost software
• Multi-family and large project experience preferred
• Work under stress with commitment to deadlines
• Complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner
• Willingness to embrace change in a growing company
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
