Job Title: Superintendent, Commercial Construction Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Superintendent with a background in Commercial Construction to join our team and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure construction projects are completed on time and within budget. Create construction plans and maintain schedules. Maintain financial tracking systems and budgets. Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors. Ensure that safety standards are met. Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure quality and code compliance. Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Superintendent role. Strong understanding of commercial construction principles. Valid Driver's License. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
