Responsibilities
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities• Direct field personnel to achieve project completion on schedule• Maintain daily communications with PM and administrative staff• Create and update project schedules• Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of field personnel• Complete daily reports and timesheets• Attend meetings as directed• Promote safety practices and procedures
Requirements
• 5 years of construction industry experience, 2 years as a lead Superintendent• Proven track record of successfully overseeing projects• Familiarity with OSHA regulations• Ability to read and evaluate blueprints and contract documents• Experience with construction-related software desirable• Understanding and promotion of the 'team' concept• Ability to maintain positive working relationships
