About the Team and Role:
The Commercial Account Executive will report to the Director of Commercial Sales. The goal of this role will be to drive Pinecone usage within the assigned account base. The right candidate will have a high degree of technical knowledge and will partner closely with the SE, CS, Product and Marketing teams.
In this role, you will:
Manage inbound leads through the PLG and MQL channels
Lead all sales-related activities through the stages of the buying journey while following Pinecone's defined sales process
Selling and winning against competitors
Ensuring the customer is deployed successfully and positioned for expansion
Requirements:
Prior experience working in the

infrastructure / data software

space
Minimum 3+ years experience in a sales role, closing net new logos
Aconsistent track record of success
Bonus Points:

PLG GTM experience
An understanding of MEDDPIC
