College Coop: Government Markets Sales Enablement Support

Sales Enablement supports teams across Government Markets from agent licensing and commissions to systems and tools and from quality and compliance to training.
College Student Job Description:
• Test and troubleshoot cloud-based software applications as well as help develop new functions and tools within our applications. • Support internal and external sales with quality assurance activities and training materials. • Understand the end user call center experience through call listening and identify opportunities for optimization • Assist with special business systems projects and administration processes. • Additional support activities include reporting analytics, process documentation, and data analysis.
