• Make timely collection calls• Follow Collection Department policies and procedures• Adhere to State and Federal Laws• Negotiate payment arrangements• Interview members to determine financial hardships• Provide support to co-workers• Remain cognizant of Ent policies and procedures• Utilize resources to collect on past due accounts• Find resolutions for financial hardships• Present payment options
Requirements
• High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent• 1+ years' customer service experience• 1+ years' consultative financial services and/or collections experience• Professional, diplomatic, and courteous communication skills• Strong attention to detail• Ability to learn and retain relevant collections law• Proficient in basic math• Exposure to Microsoft Office programs• Ability to use 10-Key by touch• No physical requirements specified
Benefits
