Details of the offer

Reconcile and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies with agents/brokers Answer incoming calls with professionalism and provide knowledgeable answers to branch personnel, insurance agents/carriers, and HQ accounting departments Call agents to discuss open receivables on account and send follow-up emails Participate in one-on-one biweekly discussions to address harder to resolve issues and communicate open balances Communicate all aged receivable with managing directors and branch counter parts Act as a central point of contact for accounts receivable for multiple offices(Midwest region) Analyze reports for patterns and trends that indicate problems; identify root causes and relay concerns list to managing directors Work with Field Production and Notice team to ensure notices are sent in a timely manner Associate's degree in Accounting, related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience 2+ years of experience in collections (preferred) Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-pace, high volume environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel Experience in a large organization with abilities to communicate and collaborate well with branch and headquarters management  Excellent written and oral communications skills Able to work independently as well as part of a team Compensation Package: Competitive base compensation Flexible & hybrid work options Health benefits & 401K with employer match Employer paid continuing education courses and designations The H.W.
