Responsibilities
• Manage a diverse section of traditional Italian desserts, seasonal salads, and fritto misto• Plate pastries, season salads, handle a deep fat fryer, and balance volume with high quality output• Collaborate with other chefs and managers on prep, set-up/break-down, and inventory• Develop in-depth knowledge of the menu and culinary traditions• Participate in ongoing training, education, and tasting
Requirements
• Passion for Italian food and knowledge• Clear communication and attention to detail• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 50+ pounds• Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
Key Skills Needed
