A multi-disciplinary design firm is seeking a Code Specialist and help them design state-of-the-art industrial and high-tech manufacturing facilities for leading high-tech companies at their Hillsboro, OR office. Your Day Includes: Oversee design projects for industrial facilities, semiconductor fabs, manufacturing, and similar environments. Plan, coordinate, and direct projects of various sizes, ensuring compliance with building codes and OSHA requirements. Develop and provide solutions to unique design problems using specialized knowledge and skills. Participate in client-facing and business development activities, including presentations and proposals. Perform field verifications and site walks, troubleshooting design problems during construction. Must Haves Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program. Registered Architect (RA) license in good standing. Familiarity with applicable codes and standards, including ADA and international building code applications. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. P.S.
