Responsibilities
• Responsible for the successful operation of a Best One Fleet Service Center• Business planning, team development, marketing and sales, operations, administrative duties, and maximizing profit• Training and developing a team of support staff• Establishing, implementing, and fine-tuning a profitable business plan• Acting in a timely, pro-active, direct, and professional manner
Requirements
• 3+ years of successful auto center management experience• Commercial automotive experience is preferred, but not required• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Proven track record of team development, training, and customer relations• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally• Strong computer skills in regard to Microsoft Office, internet, and software navigation• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field is highly desirable• Current valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record• Must be at least 18 years old
