Our portfolio of innovative solutions are designed to provide customers greater freedom and better health, helping them achieve better glucose control, while spending less time managing their disease.Click hereto learn more about products.A DAY IN THE LIFE:Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Educates patients, physicians, nurses, educators, and other health care professionals (HCPs) regarding the importance of intensive management of patients with diabetes using Medtronic Diabetes productsServes in a role that indirectly supports sales activitiesCollaborates with sales counterpart to develop and implement territory growth strategyTroubleshoots clinical and technical issues regarding Medtronic products and therapyAssists HCPs in assessing and managing patient's Medtronic therapy to help ensure positive outcomesConsults and presents to individuals and groups on behalf of Medtronic DiabetesPlans, organizes, and manages assignments within allotted budgetTravels in assigned territory on a regular basis and attends seminars, symposiums and special events as directedCollaborates with other Medtronic Diabetes departments to ensure optimal patient experienceParticipates in ongoing competency development through an array of medium including in-person and web-based trainingConducts on-site education and / or consulting related to the management of patients with Diabetes using Medtronic Diabetes products, which may include demonstrating products, providing customer case and sales support, and/or training individuals on Medtronic Diabetes productsSupports field personnel in providing the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers, which includes consulting with and/or educating Health Care Professionals (HCPs) on Medtronic Diabetes products and/or patient therapy managementPartners with sales colleagues to develop and execute plans of sales for within one or more business unit(s)Participates in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awarenessIdentifies and facilitates execution on growth opportunities with Diabetes Sales and Clinical Support TeamServes as a technical resource to support sales of a specific medical Diabetes products and/or solutionsThis is not for a current job opening.
