Clinical Supervisor Lcsw-C

First Choice Counseling Center is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision to our LMSW and interns.
Principle responsibilities and tasks of the Clinical Supervisor
Provides individual and group supervisions and facilitate trainings for staff and interns.
Shadows and supervises interns and therapist at Baltimore County schools
Reviews all clinical documentations for medical necessity; progress notes, intakes, assessments/evaluations, treatment plans and audit charts.
Signs off on documentations as required by regulations
Maintains compliance with governmental regulators and maintains the clinic's operating licenses.
Exhibits excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent documentation and computer skills required.
Compliance with the ethical and professional standards and practices of social workers
Assist the Program Director in ensuring that the clinical staff receive the required clinical supervision and training to facilitate the delivery of service.
Help with the growth and development of FCCC and the clinical team.
Attends clinical and administrative meetings to share information inter-departmentally.
Evaluates clinical staff based on specified performance standards, on a timely basis.
Ensure therapists and interns comply with program policies and procedures
May have a caseload of up to 5 clients.
Minimum license requirements - LCSW-C with Board Approved Supervisor status.
Serious inquiries only. Starting salary of $70,000 after 3 months increase to $75,000. Salary is firm.
