Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Liaison to join our client's team, with experience in gastroenterology and/or pulmonology fields preferred. The Clinical Liaison will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with our partner clinics, ensuring program success, and serving as the primary point of contact between our company and our partners. The Clinical Liaison will also help manage the onboarding of new partners into our clinical research network. They will collaborate with the Operations Team and the Leadership Team.
Responsibilities: Clinic Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between partner clinics and our client, facilitating communication and fostering strong partnerships.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key personnel at partner clinics specializing in gastroenterology and/or pulmonology.
Act as the main point of contact for clinic staff, addressing inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with clinic teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimize program effectiveness.
Coordinate meetings, trainings, and presentations with clinic staff to educate and keep the program top of mind.
Regularly communicate updates, developments, and best practices to clinic personnel to promote collaboration and engagement.
Monitor and report on program performance metrics and KPIs, proactively addressing any deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Program Success: Document and bring forward partner feedback for internal discussions on ways to improve partner satisfaction and enhance program efficiency.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including operations and business development, to streamline processes.
Manage Onboarding of New Partners Work closely with internal operations and business development teams to ensure the successful implementation and onboarding of new channel partners. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a science or healthcare related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research or the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical research, or the healthcare industry.
Demonstrated proficiency in effectively collaborating, networking, and building relationships with key stakeholders and prospects, both internal and external.
Proven aptitude to offer strategic consultative support to customers, collaborating on solutions to meet client needs.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in gastroenterology and/or pulmonology specialties preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 20-25%) to partner clinic locations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
