Clinical Educator -- Remote

About Us: We're committed to providing top-notch infusion and vascular access education and training to our clients. We're currently seeking an experienced Vascular Access Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Educator in the Oklahoma City area.
Job Summary:
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive infusion and vascular access education to our clients. Whether it's on-demand or ongoing training, your expertise will ensure that our clients receive the highest quality education and support.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
Registered Nurse with a current, valid license
5+ years of nursing experience
Demonstrated competency in educational content delivery
1 year of experience in infusion therapy and/or vascular access (preferred)
Board Certification by Association of Vascular Access (VA-BC) and/or Certification by Infusion Nurses Certification Corporation (CRNI) preferred, or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in computer skills and office equipment
Background screening required
Essential Job Functions:
Deliver clear and engaging educational sessions, addressing questions and demonstrating procedures effectively
Provide coaching and guidance to learners during skill demonstrations
Coordinate class logistics and ensure all necessary supplies and materials are available
Communicate any issues or concerns to the Area Clinical Educator and Director of Nursing
Ensure completion of required paperwork by learners and submit documentation promptly
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices
Build rapport with learners and tailor interventions to meet individual needs
Represent Education professionally in all interactions
