Responsibilities
• Performs situational analysis and develops a strategic plan for clinical education• Assesses educational and professional development needs• Designs, implements, and evaluates programs to meet identified needs• Identifies strategies to improve staff competence and outcomes• Serves as counselor and resource for educational programs
Requirements
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field (preferred coursework in education)• Registered Nurse licensure in Maryland or eligible through Compact state agreements• Five years of clinical experience with recent acute care experience• One year of experience in staff education• PACU/ICU experience preferred
