Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

The Client Support Specialist at EMC is a remote position based in Fort Worth, Texas, USA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch client support to our customers. This role offers a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, motivated, and has excellent project management and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage and prioritize client support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions- Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests and provide feedback on product improvements- Develop and deliver client presentations to showcase EMC's products and services- Track and report on client support metrics to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- 3+ years of experience in client support or a similar role- Strong project management skills- Excellent presentation skills- Reliable and motivated individual who can work independently- Experience working remotely is a plus
