Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

PulteGroup, a leading home construction company, is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for an Entry Level professional with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Client Support Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat- Resolving client issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience- Utilizing CRM software to maintain accurate records of client interactions- Providing insight and feedback to improve our client support processes- Working on special projects as needed

Requirements:- Resilient and driven personality traits- Strong presentation and project management skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
