Job Description:

GameStop is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a remote part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or related field.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of client support representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.3. Oversee client onboarding and training processes to ensure smooth integration.4. Monitor client accounts and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.5.
