DraftKings, a leading sports entertainment and gaming company, is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 6 years of experience at the mid-to-senior level who is reliable, hardworking, and possesses strong strategic planning and emotional intelligence skills.

As the Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and concerns, and ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to provide exceptional support and exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve client satisfaction and retention- Communicating regularly with clients to address any questions or concerns- Monitoring client feedback and actively seeking ways to improve our services- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on client satisfaction and key performance metrics- Serving as the main point of contact for escalated client issues and ensuring timely resolution- Training and mentoring junior team members to enhance their client support skills

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- 6 years of experience in client support or account management- Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
