Job Description:As a Client Support Associate at Loews, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels. This role will be conducted remotely and will require a high level of motivation and hard work to succeed. You will work closely with the Client Support team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information and support to clients- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall client experience- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients- Assist in training new Client Support team members- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client support role- Highly motivated and hardworking individual- Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications- Bachelor's degree preferred
