Job Description:
US Foods Holding is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a Client Support Associate at US Foods Holding, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing assistance via phone, email, and in person- Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Conduct research to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients- Assist with training and onboarding new clients- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client retention and satisfaction- Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role- Energetic and driven personality- Strong research and problem-solving skills- Excellent people management and communication skills- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
