Job Description:
Community Health Systems in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team. As an entry-level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, reliable, and possess strong people and time management skills.
Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat2. Resolve client issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner3. Assist clients with account management, billing questions, and product inquiries4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist clients7. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction8. Work closely with other departments to address client needs and concerns9. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent2. 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software6. Adaptable and able to work effectively in a team environment7. Reliable and committed to providing top-notch customer service8. Knowledge of healthcare industry (preferred but not required)
