Client Support Assistant - Work From Home

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Client Support Assistant to join our team at Auto-Owners Insurance. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional client support via phone, email, and chat2. Assist clients with inquiries, problem-solving, and providing information about insurance products3. Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date4. Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues in a timely manner5. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management6. Meet and exceed client satisfaction and retention goals

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills3. Strong persuasion and people management skills4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
