Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional client support through various communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat- Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Work closely with the Client Support Manager to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Assist with order processing, product inquiries, and general client account maintenance- Conduct client feedback surveys and gather insights to improve overall client experience- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist clients- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the CRM system- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve processes and customer service
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client support- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients- Resilient mindset and ability to work well independently- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to persuade clients effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment- Comfortable with remote work and self-motivated to stay on task- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Availability to work part-time hours, with potential for overtime as needed
