Aegis Payroll is a small PEO in Utah. We are seeking a Client Services Implementation Specialist to join our team and help streamline the onboarding and implementation process for our payroll clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of our payroll services for new and existing clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the implementation process for new clients, including coordinating with various internal departments to ensure all necessary steps are completed in a timely manner Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise Develop and maintain implementation timelines and project plans to ensure all milestones are met Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use our products and services effectively Identify opportunities to improve the implementation process and work with cross-functional teams to implement these enhancements Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation to ensure their satisfaction and drive usage of our products and services - Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to identify and address client needs and drive successful client outcomes Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in client services, implementation, or project management Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Payroll experience is a plus - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving client success If you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
