Job Description:As a Client Service Specialist at DTE Energy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from Chicago, Illinois. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with customers. You will also work closely with internal teams to manage client accounts, track customer interactions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve client issues efficiently and effectively, escalating as needed- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services- Conduct research to better understand client needs and preferences- Provide support and guidance to clients on using our products or services- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field- 3+ years of experience in customer service or client relations- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Dedicated and reliable with a strong work ethic- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Experience with remote work is a plus
