Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Client Service Specialist at DoorDash in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or issues they may have- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client concerns- Maintain accurate client records and update client information as needed- Provide product demonstrations and assist clients with utilizing our services effectively- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients- Assist with onboarding new clients and provide ongoing support as needed- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management on areas for improvement
Requirements:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients- Previous experience in customer service or client management is a plus but not required- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving and conflict resolution- Must be a team player with strong people management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is preferred
