Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

O'Reilly Automotive is currently seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience who are hardworking and independent.

Responsibilities:- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional service at all times- Conduct research to address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client service delivery- Maintain accurate client records and update account information as necessary- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed- Work towards building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong research skills and attention to detail- Willingness to cooperate with colleagues to achieve team goals- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
