Job Description:

JetBlue Airways is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to JetBlue Airways clients via phone, email, and chat.2. Assist clients with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have.3. Act as a liaison between clients and various departments within JetBlue Airways to ensure a seamless travel experience.4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.5. Stay up-to-date on JetBlue Airways policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.6. Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals.7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.5. Driven and hardworking personality traits.6. Soft skills in strategic planning and teamwork.7. Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
