Client Service Representative - Work From Home

ConocoPhillips is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Client Service Representative to work from home in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.2. Manage client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.3. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions.5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.6. Keep up to date with product offerings and services to effectively assist clients.7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to client satisfaction and retention.8. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements:1. Energetic and driven personality with a passion for helping clients.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong people management skills to effectively address client needs and concerns.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
