Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and passionate Client Service Manager to join our team at Texas Instruments. This is a remote position based in San Antonio, Texas, US, with part-time hours and a mid-to-senior level of seniority required. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships- Understand and address client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and issues are resolved promptly- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress and deliverables- Participate in meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services to clients- Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance client experience

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision- Proven track record of successful client service management- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
