Client Service Manager - Remote Work

United Rentals is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers remote work opportunities and is based in Jacksonville, Florida, US. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience in client services or a related field.

As a Client Service Manager at United Rentals, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services provided and to address any concerns or challenges they may have in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients and build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences- Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests and resolve issues- Develop and implement client service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to continuously improve our services- Prepare and present regular reports on client activities and performance metrics

Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in client services or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Resilient and confident personality- Leadership and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and remotely- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)- Experience in the equipment rental industry (preferred)
