Job Description:
Ameriprise Financial is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in client services or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Assist Financial Advisors with client meetings, preparing materials and presentations as needed- Conduct client research and analysis to support financial planning recommendations- Manage client accounts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and support to clients- Attend virtual team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:- Proven experience in client services or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment- Confident in presenting information and research findings to clients and team members- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance standards- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
