Job Description:
TJX is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, reliable, and possesses strong critical thinking and communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met- Assist clients with product selection and offer personalized recommendations based on their preferences- Process client orders accurately and efficiently- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients- Assist with inventory management and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed effectively- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Reliable and able to meet deadlines and targets
