Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Republic Services is currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative at our location in San Francisco, California. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or customer service.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients- Manage client accounts, including invoicing, contract renewals, and service agreements- Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to continuously improve our services- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate client records and communication logs- Provide regular reports and updates on client accounts to the management team

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in client relations or customer service- Independent and energetic personality traits- Strong leadership and people management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
