Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Representative at FedEx in San Francisco, California, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals who are motivated, hardworking, and possess excellent time management and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling FedEx services to clients- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant information and solutions

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Must be motivated, hardworking, and have strong time management and persuasion skills
